When I talk about process it goes far beyond groups and facilitation, down to intra- personal processes such as yoga and meditation, and on up to interpersonal and groups processes, and regional and global processes such as legal, economic and political systems. There are common dynamics across all of these scales, and we miss a lot of potential power when we focus on any one scale to the exclusion of the others.

While I do have experience facilitating groups, I have put even more attention on this bigger picture.

This is the first Yi-Tan podcast I've listened to. I liked the whole thing, but I was most impressed with was the recap at the end of the call. The completeness and speed blew me away. How did you do that? Was it just good written notes? Do you have an automatic transcription of the call? Did you add it later? I'm on conference calls all the time, and being able to do what you did would be a very valuable skill. If possible, please reply by email, as I'm not a frequent visitor and may miss something that is simply posted.

Once again, great podcast. Thanks!
